Last week was Semana Santa (Holy week) here in Paraguay. Most Paraguayans went out of town to relax and enjoy the weather, which is very warm. Pork, chicken, chipa guazu, chipa and sopa are what most Paraguyans eat during this holiday.
This year we spent Easter Sunday at our friend/pastors home. It was great becuase there were two more american families there! We had an awesome time and had a yummy meal, there was even an egg hunt...
